All images on this site are the sole property of Melissa Pellerito and Haven Photography.  Digital usage for websites, blogs and personal use will only be given to those who have ordered prints.  Thank you for your understanding in regards to the copyright laws.

PDF Image Order Form                  

New Order Form:  This new PDF order form below gives you the option to have your print order expedited quicker.  When you open the file, you can type in your order directly from your computer.  Once completed, save it to your computer and email it directly to Haven Photography.  Upon receiving your email with your PDF order form filled out, I will begin the process of preparing your images for printing.  After you have emailed your order form, you simply send your payment in the mail.  As long as the information on your check payment matches the information on your order form (name, address, etc), there is no need to print the order form or include it in the envelope with your payment.  This form can still be utilized the same as before, where you may print the form and fill it out, mailing it with your payment as well.  This new form should make placing image orders a little more simple.
